Talk with your toddler about their Christmas tree. What color is it? What shape is it? Ask your toddler to show you their feet!
Trace both of their feet onto a green piece of paper. You or your little one can cut out the feet. Have your toddler glue the feet together to make a triangle shape. You can add a star to the top to make the Christmas tree.
Next your little one can have fun decorating their tree with "ornaments." Have your toddler glue, sequence, pompoms, glitter, etc to the tree.
My three and four year olds did this part by themselves...
And I helped my 15 month old. I would put a drop of glue and she would put the pompom or sequence on...not always in the right place but with some help she did just fine! ;-)
You can hang them up or punch a hole in the star and tie a piece of yarn through it to make these into ornaments!
