Currently my kids' blocks are stored in a basket in their closet (with the majority of their other toys), which keeps their actual room a little less cluttered.

This is one of the neatest toy storage ideas that I have come across. These old soda crates would slide perfectly under a bed also!
I saw this picture on a blog post of a toddler's room. I thought this simple tote bag would be perfect for storing blocks. It looks cute and it could be easily moved from room to room.

Simple plastic containers look cute on this shelf. Stacking them on top of each other makes room for a few more toys as well.

Or you could just build a Ferris wheel in your toddler's room to store toys! How cute is this!??? In my dreams my kids would have this in their room, but realistically we will stick to baskets and plastic containers!
